Through the deep process of a journeying meditation, Ann takes you into a relaxed state to enable the opening of soul strands from different lifetimes. This is all about releasing old blockages, trauma and soul wounding.
Ann opens up the mediumship channels of information and knowledge as different lifetimes step forward into the auric field. This may bring forward messages and knowing of different lifetimes that may have been blocking or obstructing your way forward. During this process healing is brought through all areas within that need releasing. These are very powerful sessions, and are assisted by light language, Sacred Oils, Sacred Guides including Angelic high frequencies.
I record the session by voice note for your own personal use; this is a great tool for you to take home and use within your own meditation space, to reconnect with the experience as many times as you wish to, which will enable ongoing healing to take place.
Sessions can be accessed remotely as well as face to face.
Holistic Reiki Treatment

Ann is able to offer Reiki Holistic treatments either in person or via a remote healing connection.
If you have not experienced Reiki before, it is an excellent way for the ‘whole self’ to become calm and peaceful. Energy is drawn through the recipient to where it needs to go, helping to kick start the body’s own amazing healing abilities and helping to bring balance back.
It can be felt as warmth, coolness, tingling or simply very calm and relaxed. It works ‘holistically’ so with a treatment plan you can help to unlock mental, emotional, physical and spiritual areas that need addressing for your highest good.
A new offering is now available of Therapeutic Reiki Massage, working with gentle massage on the head, face, hands and feet, whilst combining with reiki.
A beautiful treatment for those in person sessions.
A remote appointment consists of; the recipient being contacted for a pre-treatment chat and explanation of what the session involves, then at the agreed time and date the recipient would then rest in their calm space as Ann energetically connects with them.
At the end of the session there would be an opportunity for a follow up chat to discuss.

Remote Healing Guided Meditation

Firstly Ann connects remotely to feel into which Sacred Oil will be suited for the issues that need healing, this is then blended in her healing room and left for a few days to gather the energies within there. Once the oil is ready Ann records a deep healing meditation complete with light language, the oils absorb the light language frequency within, and therefore are activated each time of use.
The healing meditation recording and the Sacred Oil take you into a beautiful deep space of calm, to enable the energy within the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual bodies within and around you, to engage healing and releasement.
